Translating language problems

What was done before the problem appeared?
What was done to try to solve the problem?

IM aboyt to translate integramod user-end only and have set my new language as board default but when Im log out it changes back to english. I searched in database for change manually but cant find anything? what to do?
Also the block "Who is online" the header text disappear. I have chacked it thousand times for changing code but I have only changed text from eng to swe. Both file is exact same ofc one in eng one in swe. when I change back to eng file it shows :S
