Users Online and Chat Count Problem

Sorry for re posting this but It seems my old post has vanished.


The Users Online box has not adjusted itself since may 29th still shows 57. If this is also counting users that are not logged in then I have surpassed this number many times.

Also the Chat count for users in chat does not work in the user online box. I can be in chat and only see me listed on the chatbox block but the users online block will still show zero users in chat.

Any ideas?

that is because you have never had more than 57 users online at the same time.
this site still shows 215 user in the same box, however there are many occasions that we have had over 400 unique id visits in a 24 hour period[attachment=0:abq4vl2z]whosonline.jpg[/attachment:abq4vl2z]

Don't think that's right Helter but I could be wrong.
I think the most I have ever had on my sight at one time is in the 20's or 30's, but mine says 207 is the most ever online.

I think if I had 207 at once, might site would crash and my host would suspend my account for too much load.

I have seen over 400 members over 24 hrs, but the number never changed, so leaves me to wonder if your correct or it doesn;t work.
