[SOLVED] 403 Forbidden Access

Not sure what I did now, but can't access site anymore.

Gettting:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forum/portal.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.37 Server at http://www.bindepot.ca Port 80

Reinstalled entire forum and then redirected to old database.

Things seem ok so far.
