Can't access site - theme error

I had my site set for the Christmas theme with user override, and I was updating the files on our site with the latest download.

Stupid me, forgot to set forum to default theme, and now I can't access our site to uninstall themes and reinstall them to be recognized.

I think I need to go through cPanel and edit my account in the database or set site to default theme.
I just don't know exactly where or how.

The error I have now is:

phpBB : Critical Error

Could not get theme data for themes_id [3]

I checked me account, and it is set for theme 1, so the override to theme 3 is causing the issue.

Where do I turn off the Override for the theme?

go to phpBB_config and set default_style to 1 and set user_style_over to 1

I don't know why, but other guys got in no problem, but not me and another guy.
The guy that got in, I gave admin rights through cPanel, and talked him through the ACP to set theme to integra2 and delete all other themes, and I got back in.
