album blank page when uploading 1680x1050 images

I seem to be having a odd problem the album. I am able to upload .jpg images at 1280x1024 fine with no problem. But when i try to upload a .jpg image that is 1680x1050 instead of taking me to a page that says that the image has been uploaded it takes me to a blank page. The image is still there when i refresh the album but the blank page issue has had some people post the image twice because they did not know if the upload was successful. However when i post a .gif image with the 1680x1050 dimensions the image posted successfully with the success message.

Any help would be appreciated.

a 1680x1050 jpg can be a much larger file than a 1680x1050 gif due to the fact that a gif can only contain 256 colors. check in your acp album settings that your upload file size is adequate.
