PHP Update Guide Needed

Ok, I'm new to upgrading the PHP on integramod, and wondered if there were any step by step guides to updating my PHP in Integramod.

If so, can someone link it to me?

Otherwise, would someone be willing to help me?

i can probably give you a hand. What is your previous version? Any extra mods installed?

From the admin page:

Your installation does not seem to be up to date. Updates are available for your version of phpBB, please visit http://www.phpbb.com/downloads.php to obtain the latest version.
The latest available version is phpBB 2.0.23. You are running phpBB 2.0.22.

unless you have done some phpBB updates yourself, you have IM141, That is a pretty simple update. Have you installed any mods such as arcade mod?

I haven't installed anything besides Integramod itself.
