Upgrading

I apologize if this has been posted elsewhere but I can't seem to find my answer. I am running integramod 1.4.0 with phpbb2 version 2.0.17. These are obviously outdated versions and I am looking to get everything updated to the highest level available. I also do not have the option of installing fresh so would need the steps to upgrade. So my question is how do I go about upgrading and what files do I need? I have downloaded the current 1.4.1.
