Reinstall Chat

I have a question about the chat. At the beginning of modifieing my IM141 Board i thought i wouldn't need a Chat. So I deleted some Code-Lines needed for the Chat, because i don't wanted to have those Chat-Popups. I know it was really stupid.
So my question now is: Which code lines will i need to add to run the chat again?
I haven't deleted any php-files and also the chatspot folder is still there. So first i tryed to simply add the Chat-Button in the qbar again, but if i set the target to "chat/" it can't find the file. Is there something spezial i will have to take care of at creating the Menubar or are there really missing some code lines?
I hape you can help me! If it would be too much work to post all the lines, please simply count me the files in which there are code lines needed for the chat. So I should be able to compare my files with the original IM141 files.
