Where do I add code to an added portal page ?

I have an addon portal page ( not the default though) this will be the landing page for an internet radio station. Trouble is, I have some code I need to add in it to display a special script which enables the user (when the link is clicked) to listen to the live stream in a media player.

Example

Anyway, I need to place this .js code but dont know where it would go.

When this link is clicked:

It should open as a popup.

I just have no clue where I would add it since its a new block .

youll have to add the script to the overall_header of any active templates before the close head tag
