Is there a way to change the Ratings button?

Members said the didn't see it until pointed out.
They suggested using a yellow button. Maybe change the background of the button to yellow?

which ratings button are you referring too?

At the bottom of each post, next to the "Quick Quote" button it says "No Rating" by default until someone rates the users post.
Members mentioned it doesn't stand out enough to notice it.

Going to try this since we don't have a thank you mod installed.
