OK, theres a new button which would enable me to add my forum posts directly to social media sites.
To add share options for facebook, google, myspace ..ect
go to http://www.addthis.com/ and sign up for a free social bookmarking button, all you need is an email address and thats it. Once you have confirmed your email address you will be able to log in and get your code for your button, Then all you have to do is copy and paste it.

My question is where in my php would this go using sub black template for my forums ?

OK never mind guys, I found it myself and added the buttons to both the top and bottom of the posts.
If interested it goes here:
public_html/templates/subBlack/viewtopic_body.tpl

Keep in mind I use a subBlack template.
