Hi

I have done a fresh install on a new site recently and it all went well, but ... lol there is always a but.

The users table is corrupting every few days, I can repair it using phpMyadmin but it tends to drop a user off, not the same one evry time.

Im backing that table up every day now but have no idea how to stop this happening or what I can do about it. The forum is growing nicely so its a real problem for us.

Any advice or help appreciated

damm thing went again today and this time it took out the Site Owner account which of course had lots of posts associated with it.

Yes I do backups and yes I got it back (phew) but there is no reason for that line in the table to corrupt that I can see, looks like i will have to do a new install and copy the database over.

Any advise on doing that would be appreciated.

Looks like it was the server hard drives failing, they have done a RAID rebuild and all has been ok since then
