Wierd Error - Could not obtain optimize database config

General Error
Could not obtain optimize database config
DEBUG MODE
SELECT * FROM phpbb_optimize_db
Line : 36
File : optimize_database_cron.php
When I go to my site, I get the above only, no matter what direct link I try to go to.
The phpbb_optimize_db appears to have been corrupted. I dropped it, recreated it, and repopulated it.
Anyone have any ideas? Any help would be appreciate. Thank you in advance for your help.
