Hey guys, I've been having a tough go at getting the TeamSpeak exe.file to upload from the Admin Panel.
I'd like to have it where my members can download directly from my site to participate in interactive live chat.
But everytime I upload it and test download I get nothing.
Whats the step by step for exe. file uploads ?
This has become more than a simple headache.

you should zip it first using winzip, winrar or something similar. Your site may not except .exe but it will except .zip
Zipping will also make the file smaller

If you really prefer to upload the file as is and not as a .zip file, go to
ACP>Extensions>Extension Group Management
Create a new group like:
Extension Group = Downloads
Special Category = none
Allowed = check the box
Download mode = inline
and set your max size.
Then Submit.
ACP>Extensions>Extensions Management
Extension = exe
Extension Group = Downloads
Add = click the box
Then submit.
You should now be able to upload .exe files.

do not do that if any of your members can attach files anywhere on your site, including pafile and kb.

Yeah I think Im gonna backburner that download and just have em download it from a link instead. They are about to release v3, and its no sense in having a soon to be outdated version with no support.
Especially if its a beta
