I have did everything in the security update but I am still getting the above. Any one know how to fix this? Any help appreciated thanks.

Have you changed the "backup" folder name to something else. Something made up and difficult for someone to figure out.
Also you have to change the folder name in the security section of the ACP.

Hi ya guys. Where do I download the security update to? Have had some computer problems.

rename your "backup" and add the htaccess this newly named folder.
go to acp/security/special and change the name of your folder from "backup" to whatever you just named it to. This will stop ppl from from finding and dl'ing your database backups.
