Meta Tags and Image problem

Meta Tags+
1. Like i said, i'm dumb enough to decide which one is correct to fill "META Keywords"
Like this one :
[img]http://img269.imageshack.us/img269/4593/ex1b.jpg[/img]
Or this one :
[img]http://img233.imageshack.us/img233/2630/ex2h.jpg[/img]
Which one is correct?
Image Problem
2. In my forum, every image can be dragged. How can i change it so it can't be dragged like in this forum (integramod)?
