When I try to access the ACP I get this:

Warning: include_once(./../includes/functions_ip_track.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/biblepro/public_html/IntegraMOD141/admin/index.php on line 32

Warning: include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening './../includes/functions_ip_track.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/biblepro/public_html/IntegraMOD141/admin/index.php on line 32

I am entering the correct username and password but I still get the above.

Did it. did not work. What now? Don't suppose this could a permission problem do you? Do I have to Chmod anything as far as permissions go?

I guess you could look at the install docs for IM and double check your chmods against the ones in the install docs until one of them can get back to you. If it were me and I was patiently waiting for a reply, that's what I would do first. Sorry my answer is not any better. I never had that issue before with any of my installs.
