Donors Are not Showing Up

I would like to thank you all for your help with this matter.
I can only manually add and delete donors from the donor list. I have used Integramod on my previous sites and the donor list auto populates when someone puts in a donation. I have compared the settings on both my old site and new site and there is nothing that I can see that is different between the two.
