High Amount of SQL Queries

[Page generation time: 1.5261s (PHP: 64% | SQL: 36%) | SQL queries: 282 | GZIP disabled | Debug on]
And this is the amount after I have applied the fix named here http://www.integramod.com/forum/viewtop ... A&start=15
Before the fix it was alway at around 2,200!
How can I further decrease that to normal levels?
