Hello,

when my users try to change their password in their profile, they type in the new password and click on send!

But it always tells them that the confirmation code is incorrect even thought it does not show any field for it!

This is since I have enabled the confirmation code function since so many bots were registering on my site!

How can I fix this?

Hi Looser9. I have not ever encountered an issue like that. I would need to do a install and try to trouble shoot the issue for you. I currently do not have any 1.4.1 boards installed or live. I have moved my test installs up to IM3

try deleting the cache for the template your using in acp/eXtreme Styles. If it doesnt work, change to the Integra2 style delete the cache for it and confirm it still does not work

I just cleared the cache for all the templates!
But it did not bring the Confirm Code into the profiles!

I can ´t even change to another style because it always tells me:
"The entered Visual Confirmation Code was incorrect!
The Field "Confirmation code" is required"

What can I do?
