I'm sorry to bother you with this again, but I can not get this added so that it opens up and I can actually use it. I tried adding it through FTP and the Plesk both, neither one lets me add it directly to the root, it denies it. I can add it through httpdoc under admin, but then it just shows up as a php file on the directory with no access.

your ftp user has limited permissions. Rename the old files then upload the new ones so they are not overwritting the original files

I went in to the database through plesk and figured out how to manually change it. Thank You, problem solved! She is now user.
