When a user trys to sign up for site it say "cound not insert dat into user table, Debug mode" and then a bunch of info I type to try an register. I guess its been like this for months and I just thought no one was registering. Any idea's?

have you done any edits to PCP from your ACP? This is often caused by corrupted PCP files.
Try renaming root/profilcp/functions_profile.php and the folder root/profilcp/def then upload new versions from the 141 download.

if this does not solve your issue try repairing the phpbb_users table with your webhost accounts phpmyadmin
