IntegraMOD

I hope this is the right forum to request fixes for future versions, if i'm in the wrong place please move ^_^

Anyway.. As a board founder i'm able to edit posts, along with Admins, Jr. Admins and Moderators. However, when someone edits a post and they are NOT the creator of the post it does not say that they edited the post. Also even when its edited by a person other than the author it does not track the total of edits either.

Heres an example.

Here is an image of me editing the post 5 times:

Here is an image after another admin edited the post, notice it does not say his name (GLOCK23 was the editor); Nor does it show that the posted was edited for the 6th time:

Not trying to be picky, I love IntegraMOD and I think its great the way it is, but I really need to know who in my staff is editing my posts.

this is not a bug it is by design.

May I ask why is it by design? I've had users and modertors of the forum I admin asking why the edit by is inconsistent. In particular one moderator is very much wanting his edits to be tagged so that folks are aware of changes made by him.

it is still in beta but I am using it on 2 boards without any problems...

Pretty terrible design if you ask me. I'm trying as we speak what found it posted. I'll report back.

Bah.. This isn't what I am looking for. The MOD found it posted allows the editor of the post to leave a comment that the post was edited.

This is not what I want to do.

I simply want IM to tell me who edited the post last. This cannot be too difficult.

If this is by design, then tell me how to fix it so I can see who is editing posts.

That functionality was by design in phpBB. Have you looked on phpbb.com or phpbbhacks.com for something that adds what you're looking for?

This mod allows add a last edit by text even the post was edited by admin or mod.

Please post back on your success and which one of the two worked. Don't have the time to try them myself right now but definitly something I'm interested in if it works. Thanks!

It would be nice if they did say edited by: on every post and not just when it wants too. I too would like this feature. BUT I guess we are at the mercy of the Ch mod on everything phpbb related ehh?

I'm scared to try this modification b/c it doesn't match up lines within IntegraMOD -- If someone could make it for integramod, it would be great.
