did you have any additional mods installed on your site before you used the files from HelterSkelter above?

If you did, I think the files he attached are from a "stock" IM install, and could be causing a problem for you.

I actually copied the lines out and compared them side by side with WinMERGE. They weren't very far off..

I applied the first change, but no result. Still no editline

The second change worked well, but I hope it doesn't backfire me in later upgrades <img>
