So you are just using html? Meaning there isn't a block file?

I'll tinker around with it a bit, putting the information within a table...

Here's your code modified slightly. I'm not saying it's 100%high quality but it seemed to work in my html editor.

Adjust table and marquee heights to suit. Increase scrolldelay to slow it down to suit.
