[SOLVED]Users being banned - even Admins

What was done before the problem appeared?
Nothing special, just normal usage
What was done to try to solve the problem?
Nothing, my account has been banned.

We are having an issue with many members on our site getting banned
Even my account became banned when I logged off of the board (using the Prillian Log off - which is how I've always logged off).
This is the message I received]

[color=darkblue]We haven't made any changes that have to do with Junior Admins, so I'm not sure where this is coming from, it started happening within the last couple of days...
