several questions from a newbie

I have several questions
1. I want to design my own template and upload it. How will I do that?
2. I want to have more blocks like "Who is Online" "Advertisement" stuff. How can I do it?
3. I want to add more user types. how can i do?

I know all these questions are abit newbie.

here is a tutorial on how to make a new fisubice theme. You should be able to read it and alter it a bit to come up with your own theme

as for the blocks...there are a lot of blocks that come with IM141, you just need to install them in acp/IM Portal/Blocks Management
