what programs do i need to make themes for IM 1.4.1 or to port them for it.

Notepad, or Wordpad is all you really need.

Maybe a graphics program for the images.

this is about as close as we have atm. it tells how to modifiy fisubice, but it is a good place to start

Do you have an advanced function to search/replace in several files at the time with this editor?
